We’re not a large production builder, but instead serve a niche market and a small handful of clients per year.

Homes Under Development

Most of our work is for individual customers who contract with us to help make their dream home a reality. However, we typically have a small number of custom spec homes under construction and for sale at any given time.

For clients who don’t have the time to start a custom home from scratch, these unique spec properties allow for clients to get a jump start on making a custom home their own. Depending on the individual homes, these homes enable interested purchasers to customize the final details to meet their needs.
