About the Company

Real estate runs deep in the Napier family. Rich, his brother, Jim, and father, Oscar, founded Napier Signature Homes. The company is an extension of Napier Realtors ERA® - a highly successful real estate company with four offices in the Richmond area. Today, Jim runs Napier Realtors, while Rich heads Napier Signature Homes. Their father is retired.

Both family-owned companies believe in giving back to the community through partnerships and financial support of worthwhile non-profit organizations. Napier Signature Homes is based in Powhatan, Virginia.
